Millions of cancer survivors are counting on the LIVESTRONG Foundation in 2013, and we will deliver help where we can make the most impact. But we need your help to shape that path forward by voting today.
Right now, hundreds of qualified hospitals, cancer centers and community groups across the country have applied to bring LIVESTRONG programs into their communities, and the applicants that receive the most votes in each region will get funded.
Last year, supporters like you helped guide nearly $1 million into programs proven to help change cancer survivors in communities. By voting right now, you can have that same powerful impact this year.
Be one of the first to vote at vote.LIVESTRONG.org and help deliver care where it counts.
Here are the four programs we’ll be rolling out in communities across the country once your votes are tallied:
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: offers people affected by cancer a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person.
Camp Kesem: helps survivors’ kids cope with the turmoil cancer brings into their family at a free, fun-filled summer camp
The Creative Center: helps cancer survivors deal with the stresses of treatment through artistic expression
Center to Advance Palliative Care: provides relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of the cancer journey
Cast your vote now and help bring the LIVESTRONG Foundation’s support to a community near you.
