Cancer Survivorship 101 Recap

It is often easier to break cancer in to different stages to make it more manageable. Genae Girard teaches about how to break cancer into four stages; Fear Shock Awe, Treading Water, The Rebound and Accountability stage. Although all stages are important, the accountability stage is the main focus of living a healthier lifestyle after cancer in the areas of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Different techniques are addressed in which a person touched by cancer can grow forward and start to rebuild their lives while maintaining their own accountability.

Listen to Genae’s Cancer Survivorship 101 chat at the LIVESTRONG Headquarters in Austin, Texas. Join us next month on April 26th at 6:30PM online or in person as we address other cancer survivorship issues and delve deeper into financial and insurance issues of cancer survivors. RSVP to attend this class online or in person in Austin.
