Face Up To It: Hermila’s Story

We know the key to getting care to people that need it starts at the top. This is why it is so important to engage world leaders and put a human face on these diseases. If you have been affected by cancer, diabetes, lung or heart disease we ask you to take action and share your story by adding your face to our mosaic. We are sharing the mosaic in New York during the UN Summit.
