Yesterday we launched our new Face Up To It campaign where we are asking global leaders to “face up to” the global cancer crisis. There are currently 28 million people facing cancer right now globally and when you add the family members, friends, employers and communities you just begin to scratch the surface of this disease’s impact on our planet. With your help, LIVESTRONG will create a powerful display at the UN Summit in New York this September where global leaders will be meeting about how to address the cancer crisis.
