Wow! What an amazing event we had in Davis, California this weekend. The city is beautiful and the people are fantastic. When we arrived people kept saying “Davis is very bike friendly” and I didn’t think much of the comment. However, they are NOT kidding. There are bike shops on every corner and young to old on cruisers pedaling down to the bookstore or farmers market. Many staff commented on how everyone was smiling. If you visit Northern California do not miss out on Davis.

Close to 1500 riders came to share their stories as well as 300 volunteers. Participants raised $900,000 for LIVESTRONG support programs and advocacy efforts. There are many reasons why people get involved. Here are a few of their stories.
