    Why would you exclude New York residents?? That doesn’t seem fair, I’m very sadden by this! I am a survivor of Hodgkins, and my family is Huge on livestrong, Lance, and the Tour, we were all going to enter until we saw that we have been excluded, so I’m just wondering why!?

      It is a law that has been put in place by NY state. We’d love to include everyone, but are legally unable to.

    Awesome with a prize like that, but why must it exclude countries outside of the USA?
