by

As of today, there are 1,063 events scheduled for this year’s LIVESTRONG Day! All 50 states are represented and more than 250 events worldwide. All 7 continents are hosting events including LIVESTRONG Day at the US Geological Station in Antarctica. A huge thank you to all of you who have helped get us this far. We are super excited for Friday!

Want to get involved, but don’t necessarily want to host an event? Go to www.livestrongaction.org/map. You can search by zip code or move around the map with your cursor. Tell us what event you are attending and, as Mrs. Manners says, “Don’t forget to R.S.V.P.”

10/2 is significant for me as well, it was my father’s birthday, unfortunately we lost him to cancer 10 years ago. Just signed up for Tour de BBQ in KC. I am also grateful to have something meaningful like this to take part in, and remember him. Also lost his father and grandfather to cancer, so I am more than ready to fight in any way I can.

Hello everyone out there who is supporting this worthwhile cause, had a lovely email from a lady who had lost her father due to cancer and thanked me for organising this day to help you all at Livestrong and Lance. Thankyou everyone.
This is my first event I have organised through your website, so I say thankyou Lance and team. I proudly wear yellow and the livestrong t-shirt too.
