South African cancer survivors need to stand together to give voice to the fact that cancer is not on the political agenda of our government and Department of Health . SA has no cancer data on the extend of our cancer problem as we do not have a population based cancer registry and therefor prober planning is not possible
Access to cancer treatment is limited to a few with access to medical aids and even then treatment options are not extensive .
Little attention is given to the pshychosocial impact of cancer on the patient and the family .
    Make your voice heard Linda
