    Great to see Lance out here. He is a great inspiration to me. In 2003 I achieved my ambition of competing in Ironman triathlon. In 2005 I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Today I shall be out there on my bike, wearing yellow following Lance & Co round my home town.
    Friday I find out if I have gotten fit enough to complete the 155km fourth stage myself!
