It unleashed a watershed of emotion of me with my personal history with Cancer. I am glad we now can talk about our desire to MAKE CANCER A NATIONAL PRIORITY. We must all LIVESTRONG and keep in touch with our efforts to make the LIVESTRONG ARMY a FORCE. I am proud to have been a delagate and now a LEADER in our fight against CANCER. I'm a prostate cancer survivor who was diagnosed 5 short months ago and had a prostatectomy on March 17th. I read Lance's book, "It's Not About the Bike" while recovering from surgery, then I visited the LAF website and found out the 2008 Summit was being held in my home state of Ohio. I applied and was accepted as a delegate, so I had the incredible opportunity of experiencing some of the defining moments of my life as a survivor. I left the Summit on fire to unite with all other who want to make cancer a national priority. Let's do it! One word: WOW!
