He was diagnosed one month ago and is undergoing chemotherapy. Peter is unique in that he is a Special Olympics athlete. He is an avid sailor and sails with me through an organization called Sailability of greater tampa bay. We sail at the Clearwater Sailing Center each month. Please pray for my friend Peter. I am truly inspired by Zachary DeRidder, an unsung survivor whose story is truly remarkable. While undergoing active treatment for liver cancer he competed in triathalons in Rochester NY and surrounding areas. As a survivor myself I am honored to have met him and call him a friend.
